We will do our best to serve you during Christmas. To help you get through this busy time of the year, we have composed all extended conditions during the holiday season.

Get your presents wrapped for Christmas

Leave the note "Christmas gift" in the comment box at the shopping cart and get your order carefully wrapped for Christmas.

Christmas order deadlines

To make sure you receive your orders before Christmas Eve you must place an order before:

Denmark; order no later than December 18 10:00 CET
EU Countries; order no later than December 17 10:00 CET
Rest of the World; order no later than December 14 10:00 CET

Holiday Opening Hours 

Sunday, December 16: 10.00-18.00
Sunday, December 23: 11.00-15.00
Monday, December 24: Closed
Thursday, December 27 - Sunday, December 30: Normal opening hours
Sunday, December 30: Closed
Monday, December 31: Closed

All other days have normal opening hours

Return and Exchange

All presents bought from December 1st can be exchanged and returned until January 5, 2019.

You have the possibility of exchanging items bought on Legends.dk at our stores. You may exchange to a different item, get an online gift card or be refunded. Please bring the order confirmation received via email when you placed your order. 

Refund

Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2 business days as soon as we have received your goods in our office. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.  Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Legends.
