When ordering online at Legends your order will either be carried by UPS or GLS.

We aim to fulfil your order by the delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation or if no delivery date is specified within a reasonable time of the date of the dispatch confirmation. Delivery dates are based on average estimates and cannot be guaranteed. The time of delivery is not of the essence.

All packages are insured and a tracking number is allocated which allows you to locate your parcel.

Orders are not processed or transmitted on weekends and holidays. If a delay appears or an ordered product happens to be out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail. Some delays may occur during public holidays and severe weather conditions.

Import taxes and duties

For orders outside the EU; product prices displayed are exclusive all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
